At that point I was over it & just wanted to start my hour long drive home. Which I had to wait for, when they brought it back out, I could tell they did nothing to it. Not to mention the detail job on the outside of the car was garbage! I pointed that out to Andrew who told me he’d have them “redo” it. By the time I arrived Monday morning I was told it was at the other store in Cranberry & I had to do more WAITING.
I hated the first car when I got home! I asked to return it, & was lied to about a different car being there. But Andrew didn’t even offer to go with me on the test drive either. Considering I wasn’t from around Robinson, I didn’t really take the car out of the parking lot, shame on me. The only thing I did like was the 5 day money back guarantee, so you can return the car. I spent all day there on my Saturday off, they have plenty of sales personal to help, but seems as if there is only 1 finance person? Not too smart of an idea. We both ended up driving BACK down a 2nd time. We both live over an hour away & made that clear. Not only did he lie to me, which I called him out on multiple times, he also lied to my sister who also bought a car there. His name was Andrew, & he was a liar from the beginning. I don’t know if it was the sales person (which I believe it was honestly) or just how this whole place works. Then it turns bad, or at least for me it did. At first it seemed like a great concept, no haggling on price, telling the person helping you the price range you needed & just having them show you the cars in that range.
